Terms of Service

1. Acceptance. By installing or using MMAI OB Wizard ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you install on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. The service. The App connects to your HighLevel location via OAuth to generate and apply client onboarding plans. Generated plans are drafts for your review; you are responsible for reviewing and approving any configuration before it affects a client-facing surface.

3. Your responsibilities. You are responsible for the accuracy of the materials you provide, for obtaining any necessary consent to process contact data, and for your use of the configurations the App applies. You will not use the App unlawfully or to process data you are not authorized to process.

4. AI-generated content. Plans and drafts are produced with AI assistance and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing all output before use. We make no warranty that generated content is complete, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose.

5. Availability. We provide the App "as is" and "as available." We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the prior 12 months (the App is currently free).

6. Data. Our handling of data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination. You may uninstall the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for security reasons.

8. Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
