1. Overview. MMAI OB Wizard ("the App") is a HighLevel marketplace application operated by Massmarket AI ("we," "us"). This policy explains what data the App accesses, how we use it, and your choices. By installing the App into a HighLevel location, you authorize the data access described here.

2. Data we access. When you connect a HighLevel sub-account via OAuth, the App accesses only the data needed to build and apply your onboarding plan, within the scopes you grant at install. This may include location configuration (pipelines, calendars, tags, custom fields, workflows, conversation/AI settings), contact records where required to configure routing, and content you provide directly (onboarding transcripts, notes, and uploaded materials). The App does not request scopes it does not need.

3. How we use it. We use the accessed data solely to (a) generate your client's onboarding plan, (b) apply the configuration you approve to your HighLevel location, and (c) operate, secure, and improve the App. We do not sell your data. We do not use one customer's data to serve another customer.

4. AI processing. To generate plans, the App sends relevant context to third-party AI providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) under their respective data-processing terms. We send only the context needed for the requested generation and do not use customer content to train third-party models beyond what those providers' standard API terms allow.

5. Storage & security. Data is stored in our secured infrastructure (Supabase/Postgres) with access controls and encryption in transit. We retain data for as long as your installation is active or as needed to provide the service, and delete or anonymize it on request or after uninstall, subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Sharing. We share data only with subprocessors necessary to run the service (hosting, AI providers) under contract, and as required by law. We do not share your data with other agencies or third parties for their own purposes.

7. Your choices. You can disconnect the App at any time from your HighLevel location, which revokes its access. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting support@massmarket.ai.

8. Changes. We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
